Rates below include all services (towels, linen, gas, electricity and final cleaning) and are based on a 4 person occupancy.

Rental Notes for this cottage

Lets are Saturday - Saturday. Check in time is 4:00 PM and departures at 10:00 AM unless by special arrangement.

£100.00 non-refundable deposit reserves your requested week with the balance being due in full 6 weeks prior to your reserved week.  Non payment of the final balance when it becomes dues will constitute cancellation of your holiday and forfeiture of your deposit payment.
 
£100 security deposit held in form of cheque in trust and returned upon satisfactory inspection of property following departure.
 

If you need to change your booking – Please advise ourselves as soon as, either by e-mail emsdorf.place@yahoo.co.uk or by phone 01333 360403. If we are unable to make the change requested, a new holiday date may be booked and we will try and re-sell your original date. If successful, we will refund any monies paid by you (less your £100.00 deposit). Please note that the refunded amount may not be the same as that originally paid should your weeks be sold at a lower amount. If unsuccessful, no refund can be made. We therefore advise that you purchase adequate travel insurance which protects you in the event of a need to cancel.
